Robin Pribramsky, Owner
Moved to Key West with her husband Steve in 2000. While this is her first experience working in the retail industry she is an accomplished business professional who also operates a real estate brokerage firm. Her vision for the store is to maintain existing customer loyalty as well as form new relationships by providing exceptional service combined with the best product selection and pricing available in the area. She has managed guesthouses for several years locally and worked in the insurance industry in Chicago prior to moving to Key West. Her most rewarding career however is taking care of new son Ethan. |

Steven Pribramsky, Owner
The senior partner of Pribramsky & Zuelch, one of the Key's largest accounting firms, Steve was recently elected as a member of the Monroe County School Board. He is also the host of a weekly radio show, The Key West Business World. An entrepreneur since his teens, the guiding principals of Steve's businesses have been attention to detail, follow up and follow through as well as great customer service. It is those principals and practices that Steve brings to Reed Appliance. Steve is the father of five children and loves spending time with his family.

Radek Nesnidal, Assistant Manager
Born in the Czech Republic, he moved to Key West in 2002. He is a true technician with a degree in Low Voltage Engineering. He also has a degree in Marketing and Management for Small Businesses. In Europe he spent 7 years working in wholesale and retail of electronics and appliances and earned a General Manager position for the 3rd largest retailer in Czech. Throughout the years he has learned about customer needs and provides great new ideas. He has worked for Reed Appliance since January 2004 starting out in delivery where he learned the business from the ground up and now provides exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Alan Guyer, Service Technician
Has a Certificate of Completion from Robert Morgan Vocational Technical School in Major Appliance Repair & Refrigeration. He also has 7 years prior law enforcement experience. He has lived in Florida since 1986 and enjoys diving, fishing, boating & the arts of Key West. Alan is highly proficient in a wide variety of makes & models. Since the beginning of his employment with Reed Appliance we have received numerous calls and letters of thanks and appreciation for Alan’s expertise and friendly demeanor working with customers.

Pierre Jean-Mary, Delivery
Born in Haiti, he has been in Florida for 7 years. He has local family in Key West including new son Alexander. He brings previous moving experience from a furniture company where he worked for 2 years. He enjoys his job & loves fishing with friends in his free time.

Martha Matthias, Office Manager
Originally from Massachusetts, she is a recent transplant to Key West having spent the last 20 years living on St. John in the US Virgin Islands. She enjoys the Caribbean lifestyle and appreciates the similarities between the islands. Her son attends HOB Middle School. Martha schedules appointments for the service department as well as handles many other tasks for the business so please call her with any questions and she will be happy to assist you.

Dayrel Mayor, Delivery & Installation
Born in Cuba, he has lived in Key West for 8 years and has worked at Reed Appliance for 7 years. He has extensive expertise in appliance delivery & installation. His free time is spent on home renovation projects & fishing. He has local family including wife Ziyli and children Victoria & Michael. |

Dave Yates, Parts & Inventory Manager
Dave is a 17 year resident of the Keys who, along with his lovely wife Mary, enjoys boating and the tropical lifestyle. A small business owner in Key West for many years, he understands the importance of prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
